‘Water Damage still a threat’ Warns Insurance Provider

With winter in full-swing, insurance4everyone.co.uk, the socially responsible insurance provider are warning that despite credit crunch woes, home insurance should not be compromised, especially when burst pipes are a very real concern.

Geoff Hall who manages the administration for insurance4everyone.co.uk, who also offer insurance quotes for unemployment insurance identity theft insurance and contents insurance, said, “People naturally think that water damage is referring to floods, following heavy rainfall or the overflowing of rivers in flooding areas, which we have witnessed again this year.  However, this is not the only problem householders are faced with. Burst pipes as a result of the annual deep freeze and overflowing baths can be just as hazardous.”

Recent figures released by the Association of British Insurers’ found that homeowners across the UK have lodged more than £15m in claims in recent weeks, after icy weather caused frozen pipes to burst, which just goes to show that insurance really is a vital safeguard at this time of year.

Burst pipes can result in many of the larger home insurance claims, especially if the temperature inside a house gets below 32 degrees as this will often cause water supply pipes to freeze. Unfortunately for many, when water freeze’s it can expand up to nine per-cent, and if there is no room for expansion the pipe is likely to burst.   If this is the case, it is important that the householder is careful that ‘wear and tear’ is not the cause, as the insurance company may refuse to meet a claim if something should have been replaced or it is old and faulty.

Ted York Chairman of www.insurance4everyone.co.uk said, “One thing is for sure, it is essential to include water damage in Buildings and Contents Insurance and remember if you leave the property unattended, to leave the central heating on a timer to keep the pipes from freezing in colder weather.”

Insurance4everyone Provide Insurance With A Tweet

Insurance4everyone.co.uk the dedicated socially responsible provider, has not only launched their service with a bang they are now following it up with a tweet or two and engaging with clients using social media ‘like no other insurance brand’.

Following a successful launch campaign, the innovative brand is staying ahead of the curve and operating a twitter account in a test phase before releasing the link on their main site. Although highly popular as a customer relation’s tool for business (and even the president) in the United States, the UK market is yet to take off.

James York Marketing Director for insurance4everyone.co.uk said, “It seemed natural for us to connect with our shoppers in this way. Part of our strategy is to deeply engage with clients, showing that we are human and insurance needn’t be the dreaded purchase of the year!”

The brand is a lively and straight talking option for savvy insurance shoppers looking to buy expertly created products. Policy production and insurer selection is to be administered by experienced insurance innovator Berkeley Alexander.

Geoff Hall General Manager of the administrating team for insurance4everyone, said, “Adding to our product range is something we do when our product is going to add value to the sector, too many insurers churn out multiple lines, we focus on our core qualities, which at the moment include home insurance, unemployment insurance, and identity theft insurance.”

Insurance4everyone.co.uk also asks its clients to direct its charitable support; this ensures the brand is committing to good causes for the right reasons- because it is right to do so. It literally will be, helping your favourite charity.

The insurance market needs a human touch again, for too long it has been dominated by brands with little or no substance behind their marketing budget.

So log on, follow insurance4everyone on twitter and engage as this fantastic new brand grows and grows!
